Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation. 🤎 Services are not rushed. Please book according to your schedule. 🤎 Shampoo, blow-dry, and detangling are included unless stated otherwise. ✨ Retainers & Payments ✨ 🤎 Retainers are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 🤎 Remaining balances may be paid via Cash, Card, Card on File, or Zelle. ✨Cash App and Apple Pay are not accepted. ✨
CANCELLATION POLICY
Retainer Policy A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. Retainers are applied toward your total service price on the day of your appointment. Reschedule Policy (48 Hours) Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time with at least 48 hours’ notice. When rescheduled within this window, the original retainer will be transferred to the new appointment date. Late Reschedule / Cancellation Policy Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the retainers. A new retainer will be required to book any future appointment. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in loss of retainer and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Repeat Rescheduling Excessive rescheduling may require same-day payment or full prepayment to continue booking.
