Retainers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and applied toward your service total. Previously paid retainers remain credited. 🤎 For ALL appointments on or after November 15, 2026, remaining balances—including add-ons—must be paid by cash or Zelle only. This helps lower your checkout costs! Online retainer fees may still apply. ✨ Cash App and Apple Pay are not accepted. ✨

Hair by Annecia Booking & Cancellation Policy: A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. • Rescheduling: Your retainer may transfer to a new appointment date one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional rescheduling requires a new retainer. • Late rescheduling: Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment forfeits your retainer. A new retainer is required to rebook. • Cancellations: Retainers are nonrefundable regardless of when you cancel. A new retainer is required to book another appointment. • No-shows: Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your retainer. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
